NATO C3 Agency (NC3A) Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) are acquisition instruments negotiated between suppliers of products and services and NC3A on behalf of NATO in accordance with the referential NATO guidelines and procedures. All basic contract provisions are agreed including prices or a definitive pricing methodology. EMW is a current supplier of engineering and IT products, services and solutions under contract NC3A/BOA/9858.
EMW, Inc. is a prime contract holder for the U.S. Navy’s SEAPORT Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). With highly experienced personnel nationwide, we support the following zones – Northeast (Zone 1), National Capital (Zone 2), Mid Atlantic (Zone 3), Gulf Coast (Zone 4), Midwest (Zone 5), Southwest (Zone 6), and Northwest (Zone 7). With a strong team of partners, we are ready to fulfill the most demanding requirements under this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) vehicle. EMW is currently recognized under this contract as a small business.
As an electronic procurement platform, SeaPort-e is designed to streamline and automate the acquisition of critical professional services by contract participants. With nearly two thousand contract holders, procurement professionals can use SeaPort-e to competitively acquire best-in-class services in a variety of disciplines. It encompasses twenty-two functional areas, including engineering, financial management, software development and program management, and spans seven distinct regions. Contract participants include the Navy Systems Commands – NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC and NAVSUP–as well as the Office of Naval Research, United States Marine Corp (USMC), Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and select others. NSWC Dahlgren is the central SeaPort-e contracting office with each Activity issuing task orders independently.
